This morning on my layover in Tampa, I visited the Breitling Boutique there and heard that they are discontinuing both the B50 Cockpit and B55 Exospace. The Boutique in Tampa does have a B50 in stock now. The Aerospace is not being discontinued that some .,965.75

Breitling points out that the numerals are much easier to see, and that the backlight is very impressive. The Breitling Cockpit B50 dial design is very similar to that on the Breitling Emergency II. This dial design debuted in 2013 . The analog-digital formula of the B55 is one that Breitling has used going back to the early Aerospace and Emergency watches of the early 1990s, and to a certain extent, to the Chronosport-based Pluton of the '80s. I've owned both models: I find the digital display to be far more legible on the new "pinstripe" Aerospace compared to the display on the older Avantage which I found to be very faint. I also prefer the looks of the newer model. I don't recall there being a difference in the back light between models. I really like the look of the B50 and prefer it over the Aerospace. My only issue is the silly compass bezel. The user manual claims it’s function is to “remind pilots what heading they need to fly” by rotating the heading to the 12 o’clock position and to easily let them see the reciprocal heading.
Breitling exospace b55 review
First and most important is the type of displays used: whereas the Exospace B50 and Exospace B55 watches use much larger and, importantly, backlit displays, the Aerospace Evo (for a good ,000 less than these Exospace models) and Emergency (for at least a hefty ,000 more than these Exospace models) use smaller, non-backlit screens. The Breitling Exospace B55 Connected watch is an evolution of the Breitling Cockpit B50, and it runs on a super nerdy and indeed genuinely impressive, in-house made, high-tech “SuperQuartz” movement by Breitling that you can learn all about here. I am currently looking at an Aerospace Avantage or Evo and pocketing the difference, an older Omega X33, maybe the new X33 Skywalker, Breitling B55 Exospace or Breitling Chonoliner. I am totally aware that the watches I'm looking at vary wildly.
The Breitling Exospace B55 Connected is not a smartwatch but it packs the latest technology into a professional pilot's watch. Read on for the full review.
